The stylish interiors, that feature a prominent coastal chic aesthetic, were designed and curated by Jill Stein. Throughout the restaurant there are subtle salutes to the local area, with many elements and art pieces also illustrating her global travels as well those of Rick Stein himself.

The scope of works for this project were varied, the strip-out of internal areas and non-structural minor demolition work. Works also included alterations and new finishes to walls and ceilings, specialist joinery and furniture, sanitary ware, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, drainage connections and all builders work in conjunction with the project.
