GOING GREEN(ER)!

Solar PV Installation

Tekne are adding to our green credentials and installing Solar PV Panels, the installation will reduce the electricity we take from the grid substantially and reduce our carbon footprint.

Work has commenced and will be completed by mid-December. The installation is part-funded by a grant from Low Carbon Dorset, as part of the European Regional Development Fund and Daylight Energy are carrying out the installation. Daylight Energy are a local company, situated down the road from Tekne and we’re delighted to be working with a local company, employing local people.
